We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our software. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we will process it, no questions asked.

Please note that refunds requested after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. In many cases, Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns directly. You may also contact Paddle Buyer Support for refund assistance.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
